Order Placement

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order request. ShopTKG reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

ShopTKG currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for all eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers are required to pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery before receiving the parcel.

Failure to accept or pay for confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and fragrance details displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

However:

• Product packaging may vary slightly from the images shown due to manufacturer updates.
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device's display.
• Minor variations in packaging do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.

ShopTKG reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ShopTKG is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ShopTKG also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Duplicate orders
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify customer information

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal fragrance preference.

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged or leaking.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers must report any such issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Approved exchanges will be processed after verification.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and transparent claims process, customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening their parcel.

The unboxing video must begin before the parcel is opened and continue without interruption until all contents are fully visible.

This video serves as proof in case of:

• Missing items
• Wrong product received
• Damaged packaging
• Leaking perfume bottle
• Manufacturing defects

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Intellectual Property

All content available on ShopTKG, including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, website design, and other materials, is the intellectual property of ShopTKG unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ShopTKG shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product ordered.

Your personal information is collected and used solely for processing orders, customer support, and improving our services.
