Return & Exchange Policy

At ShopTKG, we are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality perfumes to our customers. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

We will gladly replace your product if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your parcel arrives with a damaged or broken product.
  • The perfume bottle is leaking upon delivery.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our customer support team.

How to Request an Exchange

If your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video

Once your request has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is found to be our responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal preference regarding the fragrance.
  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products reported after the 48-hour reporting period.
  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and transparent claims process, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening their parcel.

The video should:

  • Start before the package is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel.
  • Continue without any cuts or edits until all items are fully visible.

The unboxing video is required for claims related to:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Damaged or leaking bottles
  • Manufacturing defects

Please note that claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
